Cancelling an Order
We understand that you may sometimes need to make changes to your order, such as updating the delivery address or requesting a cancellation for various reasons. If you would like to stop an order, you are welcome to contact us by email. We will do our best to fulfill your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has begun processing. Please review the guidelines below before requesting a cancellation.
Cancellation Requests
Our print partner does not allow cancellations once they have received and started processing the order. However, we can contact them to check the order status. If production has not started, there is a chance to cancel the order.
In many cases, our print partner receives the order quickly and begins producing and printing the item shortly afterward. For this reason, we are NOT able to stop the order once it has entered production. If the printing process has begun, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order.
Cancellation Fees
There are no fees for cancelling an order.
Custom Orders
If your order contains a personalized item — such as a product with your chosen photo, name, or other custom details — please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to modify or cancel the order, but cancellations are only possible if production has not yet started.
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. All items in our store are considered custom-made or goods made to order, as they are not produced or printed until after you place an order.

"Right of withdrawal: a 14-day cooling-off period
If you buy a product or service online, by phone or from a seller at your doorstep (in legal terms a “distance contract” or “off-premises contract”) you have the right to withdraw. This means you can cancel the contract within 14 days without providing any justification (the "cooling-off period"). For goods this means 14 days from the date of delivery, for services 14 days after the day the contract was agreed. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.
Some EU countries give you 30 days to cancel a contract concluded during unsolicited doorstep selling or commercial excursions.
Cost of returning goods within the cooling-off period
If you decide to return the product within the 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging. The only exceptions: if the seller offers to pay, or if the seller fails to inform you about those costs before you buy. You should always be informed about the conditions before you buy.
Exceptions
Please note: the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

plane and train tickets, as well as concert tickets, hotel bookings, car rental reservations and catering services for specific dates

perishable goods that expire rapidly, such as food or drinks with a short “use by” date

goods made to order or clearly personalised – such as a tailor-made suit"

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved and falls within the allowed timeframe, our print partner will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
