Delivery
Order Handling
We do everything we can to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address within 2-5 days after your purchase has been made and shows that your purchase has reached us. During peak season or holidays, processing times may be longer and delivery times may vary due to high demand at the printer. Contact us with any questions about your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Times and Methods
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the shipping method you selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries, with a few exceptions. Our printing partner does not ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus or Ukraine.
International shipping times may also vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping
For customers in the USA
Depending on which printer is used and which country you are in, delivery times will vary, but for the USA, standard delivery is 2-5 business days and economy delivery is 4-8 days. Please note that even if you choose the faster delivery time, it does not shorten the time it takes to produce and print the ordered item. It is only the delivery that is faster.
Also, please note that the items you order from us are not already manufactured and are not kept in stock on shelves somewhere, but must be manufactured and printed, after the order has been processed and then they will be shipped to you. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance and local holidays. Different printers also have different production and delivery times.
For customers in the US, we recommend you choose items that are made in the USA, this way you will receive your item much faster then if you order an item from Europe or somewhere else.
Shipping
For customers in Europe
**The month of November and December are especially busy at the printers, and orders coming from for example the USA that are headed to Europe could take several weeks or longer. If you order something, like a Christmas present in the month of December it may not get to you by Christmas. The best is to plan ahead, be the early bird, and order in the months before Christmas.
Also, for customers in Europe, it's your best option to order items that are made in Europe instead of ordering items made outside the EU. For most items in the store, it should say in the description where the item is made and shipped from. If it doesn't reach out by the chat function and ask about the item in question.
Customs Fees
We offer international shipping to many countries around the world, but neither we nor the printers are responsible for any of your country's customs fees. You are responsible for all customs fees. Any customs fees, taxes or other charges levied by your country's customs department are your responsibility, as well as the shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, does not arrive, or is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue to try to ensure that you receive your order.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
