This Return Policy explains how Huskvarna dropz handles returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.
About our products
Huskvarna Dropz is a small print-on-demand business. All items in our store are made-to-order products, meaning they are produced only after your purchase is completed. We do not keep inventory or pre-printed stock.
The designs shown in our store are displayed using mockups, meaning ai models showcasing the clothing and other items that we sell.
When you place an order, it is automatically sent to one of our print partners around the world. That printing facility manufactures, prints, and ships your item directly to you.
Our European print partner (who also manages customer service) does not accept returns for made-to-order items unless the product is defective. They allow exchanges for misprints or damaged items and may issue refunds for defective products. However, they do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size or color, or for changing your mind after ordering. Please review size guides carefully before placing your order. You will find them in the product description, but sometimes they do not fit in the description due to a limit of characters for the description. If in case they are not in the description, you will find them in the FAQ. If they are not in the FAQ, contact us by chat or email and we can send them to you.
Right of withdrawal
Because our products are created specifically for each customer and produced only after a purchase is placed, we cannot offer open purchase or general exchanges. Creating a replacement item requires us to purchase and produce a completely new product, and our print partners do not accept returns for made-to-order goods.
Return shipping cost
If a return is ever required, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees that may arise. Huskvarna Dropz does not cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.
Eligibility for reprints or refunds
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or an item with clear manufacturing issues, print quality defects, material problems, or errors with your ordered design, our print partner will offer either a reprint or a refund — provided you contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to request a reprint
To request a reprint, please follow the instructions included with your order and contact customer service within 30 days of receiving your item.
Include the following:

Your receipt

3–4 clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable)

A brief description of the issue

Approval of reprints
After reviewing your request, our print partner will determine whether the issue qualifies for a reprint. If approved, they will print a new version of your item and ship it to you.
Inspection of damaged or defective items
Customer service will examine your submitted photos to verify the problem. If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, a reprint or refund will be issued at no cost — as long as you contacted customer service within 14 days of receiving your item.
When reprints are NOT provided
A reprint is not offered in the following situations:

You entered an incorrect shipping address and the order was delivered incorrectly.

You want a different size or color.

The garment’s measurements differ less than 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the size guide.

Low print quality was caused by the uploaded design itself.
We always aim to provide high-quality designs, but issues can occur. If you experience a design-related problem, please contact me directly either by chat or by email.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged products or for items that were produced incorrectly. Refunds are not offered for ordering the wrong size, color, or due to a change of mind.
Refund approval process
Once we review your photos and verify the issue, we will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
Refund method
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 days.
Items that cannot be returned
The following items are not eligible for return:

All made-to-order products

Customized items (such as designs with personal photos, names, or personalized text)
Since every item in our store is produced after your order is placed, return rights do not apply to customized or made-to-order goods according to EU rules.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items. However, we will assist you if you contact us before your order enters production. Once the printing facility has begun manufacturing your item, orders cannot be cancelled, as our print partners do not allow production to be stopped once they begin processing orders.
